Deeeep Hips

Deeeep Hips is a challenging 90-minute class that systematically stretches the connective tissues surrounding the hip structure, leaving the lower body with a sense of length, openness, and balance. Props are provided and greatly encouraged, to achieve alignment, as well as comfort, throughout the practice. Appropriate for ALL levels.

Yin 

Yin targets deep connective tissues like fascia and ligaments, helps to improve flexibility, releases chronic tension, and calms the nervous system. All levels are welcome.

Baptiste-inspired vinyasa

A challenging vinyasa-style class based on Baron Baptiste's Journey to Power, this 75-minute session is adaptable to all levels and will leave you feeling strong and centered. 

Move + Breathe

A gentle yet energizing class that weaves together functional movement, Pilates-inspired strength, and intentional breathwork. Through guided sequences and moments of free movement, you'll explore how breath supports the body, helping to release stored tension and restore balance. Open to all levels

Qigong

Inspired by the fluidity of Qi Gong, this 60-minute energy movement experience will leave your body and mind feeling centered and balanced.

Align + Root

Align + Root is an alignment-based class focused on yoga foundations and mindful movement. We’ll explore the safe and functional alignment of the postures through the use of props and variations. An introduction to breath work and meditation will be incorporated into each class. Suitable for beginners and beyond.
