Move + Breathe
A gentle yet energizing class that weaves together functional movement, Pilates-inspired strength, and intentional breathwork. Through guided sequences and moments of free movement, you'll explore how breath supports the body, helping to release stored tension and restore balance. Open to all levels
Qigong
Inspired by the fluidity of Qi Gong, this 60-minute energy movement experience will leave your body and mind feeling centered and balanced.
*Recommended for all levels (no getting up and down from the floor)
Align + Root
Align + Root is an alignment-based class focused on yoga foundations and mindful movement. We’ll explore the safe and functional alignment of the postures through the use of props and modifications. An introduction to breath work and meditation will be incorporated into each class. Suitable for beginners and beyond.
Deeeep Hips
Deeeep Hips is a challenging 90-minute class that systematically stretches the connective tissues surrounding the hip structure, leaving the lower body with a sense of length, openness, and balance. Props are provided and greatly encouraged, to achieve alignment, as well as comfort, throughout the practice. Appropriate for ALL levels.
Yin
This grounded experience will leave you feeling lengthened and balanced. Poses are held long enough to target the deep connective tissues of the body, as well as promote the flow of energy to the core and hips.
Strength + Grace
A challenging vinyasa-style class built on the teachings of Iyengar, Strength and Grace will help you to refine your relationship with your body, expand your asana practice, and bring greater self-awareness, on and off the mat.
