All of our classes are beginning friendly, and our instructors are trained to modify the practice to meet clients where they are.
What if I've never done yoga?
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably in workout wear. Generally, the practices are done in bare feet, though some people choose to wear yoga socks.
What do I need to bring to class?
Unless otherwise stated, all you need is a mat, water, and an open mind!
What if I have trouble signing up for a class?

Will I be charged if I cancel my class?
